About the event

Join Coach Bobby and Coach Jordan for a full-body strength and conditioning class on Sunday, July 31st at 2pm at American Muscle Corps. This class is open to all fitness levels (modifications will be made available) - no membership required. Class will be followed by a beer or beverage of choice at Smug Brewery. Must be 21+ to participate.

Details:

  • Tickets are $12 for American Muscle Corps members and $15 for non-members. 
  • Ticket price includes one beer or beverage of choice at Smug Brewery following the class.
  • $6 from each ticket sold will be donated to PB Abbate, an organization dedicated to supporting active military and veterans
  • Food will be available for purchase from Pa'l Monte food truck at Smug to help you refuel after your workout
