All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email at least 48 hours before your scheduled payment processing date. It is the member's responsibility to provide this notice. Once a payment has been successfully charged, it cannot be refunded.For family plans, all parties on the account are jointly responsible for the terms and any outstanding balances.If a membership is neither frozen nor formally canceled and the member wishes to rejoin, all past due amounts must be settled and a $25 reinstatement fee will apply. Training Session & Class Policies Rescheduling & Cancellations: Twenty-four hours' notice is required to receive credit for a rescheduled session.Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will be forfeited and charged in full. To cancel or reschedule a session, you must directly contact your trainer. Late Arrival & Tardiness: Sessions begin at the scheduled appointment time. A late start does not entitle the client to an extended session; the session will end at the originally scheduled time. Package Expiration: All training packages have an expiration date, as provided by your trainer. Any unused sessions remaining after this date will be forfeited. Refund & Exception Policy: All package purchases are final and non-refundable Exceptions to the late-cancellation charge and refund policy are made only for verifiable medical emergencies (with a doctor's note), family emergencies, or certain job-related occurrences, at management's discretion.
