Unleash your inner hero, drink beer, and support Breast Cancer Awareness on Sunday, October 16th at 2pm. Your Biceps & Beer: Heroes Challenge ticket includes admission to your choice of a 90-minute group workout or Heroes Challenge, one free beer or beverage of choice at Smug Brewing following class, and a donation to breast cancer research.
Join in on a 90-minute interval training class led by American Muscle Corps owner, Gail Bolden, along with Coach Bobby and Coach Jordan. Or participate in our Heroes Challenge, featuring:
