Get for anyone with long-term goals Clients receive twelve training sessions per month, plus a gym membership.

TWO SESSION WEEKLY

  $100

This is for the client who wants sessions two times a week for 30 to 60 minutes. Eight sessions per month, plus a gym membership.

 

ONE SESSION WEEKLY

This is for the client looking to get started. Clients will receive one session per week for a total of four sessions per month. plus a gym membership.

JOIN A FITNESS CLASS

American Muscle Corps LLC offers a weekly schedule of classes for every fitness level. Whether you want to dial up the intensity or take a more relaxed approach, work your arms or core, we’ve got a class with a spot just for you. Create your own personalized schedule by choosing the classes that suit your needs. Each class ranges from 30-45 minutes and includes a wide range of weights, heart rate training, functional movements, locomotor patterns, and restoration. Come in, get your workout in and get back to your day.

In order to be the best athlete you can be, you need customized workout and nutrition plans that are tailor-made for your body and your personal goals. No two athletes are made the same. You’ll also need a training staff with years of experience and the dedication to work hard and push you to reach your desired level of success. 

Personal Trainer Stretching Session

MOBILITY TRAINING

One-hour class focusing on deeply stretching the body. This is a great way to loosen tight muscles, improve circulation, relax and feel better, improving range of motion and reducing pain.

WEIGHT TRAINING

This 60-minute strength and functional fitness-based classes combine classic strength training with high-intensity fitness workouts to build strength, burn body fat, and improve fitness and health.

Classes are done in a  small-group setting to maximize your time with the coach who can provide individual attention throughout the class.
